I was prepared to spend upwards of $350 on a new wheel to get rid of the chunky piece of metal Fanatec calls a shifter on the McLaren v2. By the end of long races it would start digging into and hurting my fingertips.
This shifter has transformed my wheel and feels quality. Installation was more involved than I expected but YouTube videos were a big help and the inclusion of all the necessarily tools right in the box was appreciated.
Perfect! I looked at Fanatec's Podium shifters but I only wanted two shifters instead of three so this was a perfect match for me. Fantastic quality.
The QR2 is very good, exactly what I wanted.
