The DDU is excellent but struggling to setup the LEDs on simhub as the ddu device is not recognised. There is a generic option which let's the display work but no option for LEDs.
These paddle shifters are much more reactive,and also a lot quieter than the standard rocker shifter. A big improvement overall. I do think the carbon fibre shifters could be slightly larger overall, but not a deal breaker.
Fitting the module is pretty easy, but I did struggle to put the wheel back together, as the connecting wires for the shifter seemed to get in the way of the plastic housing of the wheel, and I wanted to be very careful and not damage anything.
I also think the online video should be updated, as the connecting wires in the tutorial seem much longer than the ones I received.
Very pleased with the purchase, but not quite 5 stars.
I knew this would be an improvement over the QR1, but it has surprised me by how much better it is. My wheel feels a lot more connected, before it felt like the wheel and base were separate items. Not now. I just wish I'd done it sooner. Would definitely recommend.
Great product. Bought the shifter module For Mclaren Gt3 V2. Install was straightforward. Zero complaints. Podium Quality Product.
