Love the wheel. Comfortable and looks great. Had Lovely Stickers make me a custom Rock Star livery for it as well.
I ordered this product 1.5 years ago, unfortunatly an electronic part died. BUT. After contacting the customer support and recording the issue as well as some test to show which part I think died, even if the product was out of warranty (due to the purchase being made more than 1 year ago), they offered me for 10$ + 10$ of shipping to send a new replacement part. If I don't count that the carrier lost the 1st parcel, it was at my door in less than 10 days. Everything was included, the part obviously but also all the tools needed, a video to show how to proceed, and even 3 extra clips as they could be easily lost or broken during the process. It is a 10 out of 10 customer service here, as well as products as good as official ones.
This works great for wheels that do not have a convenient (or any) way for an internal connection. Gomez wheels for example are needlessly difficult to DIY a Powerlink connection. And the VPG Mustang wheel doesn't have any way to hook up internally (at least that I could find). I am sure there are many other examples. This is great solution for those cases.
Also a great solution if you simply do not want to hassle with creating the cable needed to hook your wheel up to the Powerlink.
