Pro : Excelent quality both the spacer and the screw.
Cons : It may be difficult to put both screw inside (3cm One) and need an allen key "rounded" or "spherical ?" like fanatec one . (or a smaller one)

It's nice and grippy and I can't feel any flex.
I would have preferred it if it were chunkier and just a tiny bit smaller, maybe 310mm but for the money I have no complaints.
