I used to get disconnecting issues constantly on my wheel where buttons and shifting stopped working. After upgrading to this which is really high quality mind you. I haven't had a single issue since. Awesome product
Honestly very straight forward process to put the parts in the base and the wheel. Like how the instructions are printed on the box and they give you all the tools.
Shipping was long but, with current u.s. shipping id say it was manageable [8 total days] and isn't their fault.

The quality of these items is evident as soon as you open the box-solid, heavy pieces of aluminium with no imperfections.
The boxes include everything you need to upgrade, including allen keys and screwdrivers, so no need to hunt for that tool you last saw a few months ago in the shed.
In use, the quick release engages with a satisfying 'clunk', and is far easier to activate than the original fitting, making changing wheels far quicker and easier.
Can't recommend enough!
